Chairman and CEO New Year’s Greetings

To our shareholders and investors:

New Year's Greetings from the OUTSOURCING Group

Allow me to extend my warmest felicitations to you on the New Year. The Great East Japan Earthquake of March 11, 2011 struck the northeastern region of Tohoku just as the nation appeared ready to recover from the global financial and economic crises created by the Lehman Bros. collapse. The March 11 calamity was a serious blow to Japanese manufacturers, which not only experienced major disruptions to their supply chains, but were also forced to cope with a nationwide electric power shortage that continues to this day.

Nevertheless, domestic makers managed to stage a remarkable recovery in production capacity, far faster than the timetables that were initially projected. It once again demonstrated the extent to which Japanese companies were willing to cooperate with one another, as well as the fundamental strength of corporate Japan.

As if the calamity were not enough of a concern, the operating environment of Japanese makers has undergone a series of new convulsions, from the yen appreciating to historic highs and the flooding in Thailand threatening their production bases, to the global economic uncertainties spawned by the debt crisis in Europe. Yet, I remain confident that these manufacturing enterprises, by developing whole new series of innovative initiatives and strategies, will eventually prevail over every difficult challenge that they face.

The OUTSOURCING Group is committed to an aggressive mode of management, one capable of rapidly responding to manufacturers needs regardless of how obscure or uncertain the future may be, with the aim to stimulate and transform the production outsourcing industy itself. To achieve this, we believe it is imperative for every member of our Group to be equally aggressive; they must be highly trained and prepared, tackle every challenge with enthusiasm and remain in constant tune with the needs and demands of our client-makers.

I belive that 2012 will provide our Group with the opportunity to demonstrate our resolve and progress to our stakeholders. I therefore ask for your continued support and counsel.
